Frequently Asked Questions

Who is Life Coaching meant for?

Life coaching with Anchored on Purpose is designed for anyone seeking clarity, confidence, and direction. If you're feeling stuck, walking through a transition, or longing for growth in your faith, habits, or daily rhythms, coaching provides the support and accountability you need. Together, we create a clear path forward—anchored in purpose and aligned with the life God is calling you to live.

How many sessions will I need?

Every person’s journey is unique, so the number of sessions depends on your goals and the level of support you’re looking for. Some clients find clarity and direction in just a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing coaching as they grow, build new habits, or walk through life transitions.

At Anchored on Purpose, we’ll discuss your goals during our first session and create a plan that fits your pace, your season, and the transformation you’re seeking. You’re never locked in—coaching is flexible, personalized, and designed to support you exactly where you are.

How do I join my virtual session?

Once you schedule a session, you will receive an email within approximately 24 hours containing a link to your personal virtual meeting. At the time of your appointment, simply click the link to join from your phone, tablet, or computer.

If using an internet link feels uncomfortable, we can connect by phone instead. For local clients, limited in-person meeting options may be offered at the coach’s discretion.

What if I’m not a Christian?

While Anchored on Purpose is a faith-based coaching practice, everyone is welcome. I work with clients from all backgrounds and meet each person with respect, support, and care—no matter where they are in their faith journey.

If I’m in counseling, can I still benefit from Life Coaching?

Yes. Life coaching can complement counseling by offering goal-setting, accountability, and forward-focused support. While counseling often explores healing and past experiences, coaching helps you build habits, create structure, and move confidently toward your next steps. Many clients benefit from using both together.
